Well yesterday was day 1 of T25. I am totally impressed with it! The amount you sweat you lose in 25 minutes is insane and high calorie burn.

I love Shaun T and would like to try that out sometime! I think when I move and in between gyms I will try it. Sounds like a good workout!!0

Hey! I'm on Week 8 of T25 - probably my favorite workout program yet (and FYI, I like the Beta phase even more than the Alpha phase!). It is a fantastic calorie burn for such a short time.0

Yes im very impressed so far. Some of the foot work in speed 1.0 is tricky but only the first time doing it too.0

You'll catch on pretty quickly! I found that I had to concentrate on the footwork first, and then throw the arms in after i had that part mastered. Yay - great program, glad you've started it!0

Hi! I'm in week 8 of T25 and love it. Congrats for taking on one of the best workout programs out there. I have a Focus T25 challenge group going on here if you want to join. It's under groups, although it started in July you can still join in. Have fun with it. One thing concentrate on the form and the speed will follow. Tania is there for modification so utilize her because I still do at times even this late in the program due to the footwork. Have a great evening.0

mine have been less then stellar but i am at goal and just trying to lose body fat. it's slow..... i do really like the program and will finish it but wished my results were a bit better. here is the link to the other thread that i posted pics on.http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1074429-t25-progress-pics?page=5#posts-168108460

Who would have thought that a 25 minute workout would do anything for one's fitness, but this is pound-for-pound one of the better workouts out there.
I like kicking my own *kitten* and doing 2 T25 workouts back-to-back.0 -
