Can't see your diet so can't help you there. I can tell you that I don't ever use the numbers of cals MFP gives me for exercise. The run you do at 150 lbs does not burn the same number of cals as it does at 120. And you have to subtract what you would have burned if you hadn't been exercising. Once I did that, things got easier :).

Good luck and stick with it!

Have you measured? Are your clothes fitting better? The scale is not the only tool you have to see how you are doing.

If it has been months and you have been consistent with your intake and energy expenditure, it is time to re-evaluate your plan.

Are you logging everything accurately and honestly every day? If not, start. Get some measuring cups and spoons and a food scale if you can afford it.

Are you working out consistently? If not, start. Find an activity you enjoy and do it longer/harder than you think you can. If so, it may be time to increase the intensity of whatever you're doing.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? If not, start. If so, eat back only half.

Lastly, measure your body. You may have lost inches. The scale is only one way to track progress.

Without more information about what you are doing, this is the best advice I can offer

It's not only the scale, your tape measure will tell you more than anything. You could be gaining muscle weight and looking a lot better. If that isnt working I would take a look at your diet and what type of excersie your doing (and if your doing the exccersice right).

Good Luck. I sent you a friend request if you would like some support.
