Correct Calorie Count

Oh wonderful My Fitness Pal sages, what do you think of this calorie calculator? It seems to me some of the calorie counts seem a bit higt, but I could be wrong.

I'm fairly new to calculating calories, because when was with a trainer they did all that work.

IMHO it seems a bit high. I generally low ball my workout burns for cardio and go with a higher number for when I lift heavy things (in order to gain muscle you need the calories).
You don't know unless you do the math yourself. Trial and error. I use MFP to calculate my calorie burns but I've learned what works and what doesn't. I know on some days when I weight train (deadlift day for example), I burn more than what MFP says so I need to eat a little more. You've got to learn what works for your body though.0 -
