Small victory's!!

I started my fitness pal about 2 weeks ago, I have lost 3 lbs and am so excited! I have been at a stand still with my weight for months and just needed this extra tool! 14 lbs to go so these small victory's are what keep me motivated!

    Awesome, good job!!! Even losing 1 lb can be so motivating. I lost 6 lbs my first month with MFP.

    Great job! I have found that when I loose weight slower it definately stays off longer! Way to go!

    Great job Stacy, I have been here two weeks also we must have started at the same time. I find this website so helpful. I have lost 12 pounds as of today. I have a lot more weight to lose than you so I am sure the closer I get to my goal the slower it will be. Anyway, Congratulations and look forward to seeing you more on the site. Sheila
