I love football and I love drinking alcohol and eating chips and cheese dip while watching football. Any tips? ????????????

If you're doing 1 lb/week, you're looking at a weekly deficit of 3500 calories. Maybe in football season you go over by 1000 cals on Sunday. Still losing weight if you're on target the rest of the week.
Of course, if you like college and pro ball, and want to enjoy Thursday, Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon games while chowing down... Well then you'll gain weight in football season, but you'll get a lot of football0 -
I suggest you eat in moderation and forego the watching of the game to play your own.0

Clever meal planning on non game days, and extra exercise on the days you know you'll be munching on game day treats. That's my plan. Just don't forget to enjoy yourself!0
