newbie and determined to shift unwanted weight

HI there I'm LOuise, mum of 3, all had by c section. i love healthy food and walking but seem to be bad at eating correct portions and not snacking. i have lost a stone so far this year and have 2-3 more to go. I sell body wraps that have tightened up the loose sking from the weight that ive lost and im delighted and spurred on to lose more and get my pre baby tummy back ;-) my goal is too not snack in between meals and to eat with the children instead of later in the evening.
