Managed to drop 3 pounds during August. Hoping to lose 5 pounds by the first weekedn in Oct! I am finally seeing progress and feel more motivated to keep going! BTW Since the beginning of the year I am down 12 pounds!!0 -

My weight loss towards the middle of this week was better, then weight jumped back up, and I'm not sure why. I'm hoping it's temporary and goes down next week. But at least it's still a small loss.0
