Feeling crap!

I really need your help! It has been more than a month since I fell off the wagon, I know I went through a lot of stressful things (moving to another region, not being paid from my old employer ????, still searching for a new job.. and still haven't got my period since april which drives my hormones crazy and makes me feel crap all the time) but that doesn't justify what I've done to my body! After 7 months of restrictions and training like a beast (I didn't even track my workouts so that I ate less than I should) I started binging on everything you can imagine, even stuff that I didn't like and the more I tried to go back on track, the more my brain was scared not to get everything it craves, so I ended up eating everything that was in the house, and I couldn't stop until everything was finished, I ate a half kg nutella, with a whole box of cookies and crepes and kit kats and and and... just as a snack after dinner.. Today it's thursday and I'm already over my weekly calorie budget.. and I really don't know what to do!!!!
In this whole journey I lost more than 10kg (more than I wanted to lose in the beginning) , gained a lot of muscle mass through all that weight training (which I also gave up) and since I've stopped working everything has gone crazy! I've regained more than 4 kg, or even more of fat mass considering I haven't been training for a month and I feel so unhappy, depressed, sluggish and bloated, I look like a 7 months pregnant woman!
Please, I just need your help to get back where I was just 2 months ago, full of energy and motivated for a better, healthy life! ????

First reading this I thought you'd gained back twice the amount you lost, haha. You didn't even gain back that so DON'T stress. You've acknowledged the problem, and obviously know the solution, now all you need to do is get your butt into gear. Go back to eating your regular calories and immediately start training again. Don't weigh yourself for a month, throw that freaking scale into the closet. After a month, check your progress. You'll more than likely have lost enough weight to regain your confidence and motivation :)
Don't worry, this happens to the best of us (happened to me this summer), all you need to do is forgive yourself and get back on track. This time fix the mistakes and you won't have such a hard crash next time.
  • Thank you so much! It really meant a lot to me!
    You made my day ;)
