Anyone know why I used to swim for an hour and earn 756 extra calories, and now all of a sudden the same hour of swimming earns me 822 calories???

Have your stats changed?0

Are you measuring it off MFP or some other way?0

If your HRM is showing a marked increase, probably a significant increase in effort.0

HRM . . .? . . . Heart Rate Monitor??? I don't use one. I just add exercise to MFP "60 minutes swimming, general" Same thing I've always put, but it suddenly changed how many calories burned for that.0

Normally, I would say it's because of weight change, but you said your stats were the same.0
