Hi! I just started back a week ago with goal to lose 53 pounds. I log in each day too and I KNOW that helpful Pals can make the difference. And I log daily -- it helps me stay on the "straight and narrow" to know I need to write everything down. I think that's the one aspect of Weight Watchers that really worked for me, back when I did that program...0 -
