help with weighting food

So today I was cooking with chicken wings and it said 4 oz is 220 (about remember off top of head) so that was about 4 wings. It just seems like a little amount. When I cook chicken breast (often) for 4ozs it's no more than 200 calories and the amount is way more.
My question is how would I even measure the and count the chicken wings, I don't want to under eat. I did weight them out today and ate that way. I'm just confused and wondering what others do and looking for suggestions
Thanks

It can be difficult to determine the calories in meats. I usually weigh it just to be certain.0
