G'day from Australia

Hey all,

My name is Adam from Brisbane, Australia. I've only recently gotten into serious training and diet. It's been nearly 4 weeks since I started out and I've gained 2 kilos so far with my final goal being 85ish. My focus has been geared towards strength training mostly but I'm not neglecting my cardio. I'm doing 3 sessions per week, consisting of a 15 minute cardio warm-up and an hour and a bit of weights. My diet used to be in the order of 1700 calories per day but now that I've started monitoring my intake I've increased it to around 2700 calories a day.
