After reading posts and some blogs, I feel more hope than I have for a long time. I have been loosing weight and gaining weight for over twenty years. That is sad. So here I am, happy to be around people like me. I dont feel so alone.

    This is a great site! I have started logging my food every day and exercising, so it is definitely helping me start my fitness routine. :smile:

    Welcome! This site is very active and awesome! It's so easy to keep track of your calories here and everybody is super supportive, which makes it more motivating. I'm just like you, been a yo-yo for years. Let's lose it for good this time and keep it off forever!
