Starting over - AGAIN

Hello. My name is Anna. I was working a plan (on another site) and lost over 70lbs but had a knee injury about a year and a half ago and got sidelined. I just joined a new gym and am getting myself going again. I need to put aside the emotional eating and just work through the stiffness that still exists in my knees. I did 30 min on the elliptical last night after meeting with my new personal trainer. I have another appointment with her on Tuesday at 5am! WooHoo! Just need to get back at it.

I love the elliptical. It feels so much better than the treadmill. I know what you mean with the emotional eating. It easily creeps up on you. We both know there will be slip ups. But if you keep trying, it may take quite a bit of time, but there will be success!!!0

The elliptical is my new fave too! Congrats on the loss of 70 pounds! I can't wait to get to that point, though I'd guess that to be in a year or so.

i cant count how many times i restarted, but your back on the wagon and ready again. I just restarted again on Tuesday and feel really good you can request me if you want. Im an extremely supportive friend on here :bigsmile:0

I'm a chronic starter-overer. This time, however, I htink I've finally got myself on track. Increased my activity, and haven't had a single bought of "oh, that won't count" or "oh, i'll do that tomorrow".
