It doesn't matter if it is McDonalds, Starbucks or somewhere else, when I'm stressed I drink.....fattening fraps. Friend me as I battle my personal kryptonite. Hmmm, I hear it calling me now......

oooh I know right! I looooves fraps!

    I've switched to a grande - skinny vanilla - soy - latte @ starbucks.

only 110 calories & you can have it iced if you want something cold.

starbucks has a light version... lower calories. and still tastes pretty good! Good treat on occasion. Starbucks also makes light versions of their bottled mocha drink.... I know not the same, but I'm all about substitution! :)

I love it too... so I understand :)

I'm diabetic, so I can't have mochas and frapps. Here's my morning "from home" substitution: Swiss Miss DIET Hot Chocolate (only 25 calories), coffee and about 2 oz. of Silk Soy Light Vanilla (or reg) milk. About 45 calories. It tastes pretty good for a fake mocha. (I can only find the Diet hot chocolate at Target).

When I'm out, I get a tall (2 pump) Sugar Free vanilla soy latte.

    Another great idea:

Make a pot of drip coffee at home, but a little stronger than normal (sometimes I put cinnamon in the grounds for flavor). When it cools, I put it in a pitcher in the fridge. Then, in the morning, I mix a refillable water bottle with the cold coffee, some ice cubes and 1/2-1 cup of light chocolate soy milk...at the most it's 90 calories or so and it's really smooth!
