I have really been having problems sleeping lately. REALLY REALLY BAD. Problems falling asleep... problems staying asleep.. the whole 9 yards! When I take 1 Tylenol PM it seems to help (anymore and I can't wake up in the morning). Problem is I want to be able to sleep without any drugs. Are there other ideas? Didn't know where to post this so I guessed here. Please help because I am a real B*tch when I am tired
Oh and I only drink coffee in the morning to keep me awake while at work so I am not drinking caffeine at night... Thanks in advance!

You could try Melatonin, it's more holistic than tylenol, it works for some people.
If this is new, it could be anxiety. Maybe if you can address whatever is stressing you out, the problem might resolve itself?0 -
If it's that bad you might want to try a doctor. There could be an underlying reason.0

I was going to suggest the same thing. It's natural and you can find it in the vitamin section. I occasionally take the 3 mg, it helps me sleep and I don't wake up groggy.0 -
I agree with Melatonin. Remember though that Tylenol PM is nothing more than pain medicine with an antihistimine in it. If you don't need the pain medicine just take a Benadryl.0

Thank you soooo much!! I will try the Melatonin and maybe a trip to the DR too!0
