75 BURPEES (aka Squat Thrusts)
I know, I know... The dreaded Burpees, but they are a great cardio exercise that works out practically every muscle in your body! **If you are new to this exercise or you have bad knees, simply step back into a plank, hold for a beat and stand back up.**

Are you feeling *really* inspired today? Try adding a jumping jack in between each one.

I did 80 today. They weren't pretty and some were modified, but I did it and I survived! Yeah me!0
