    That I could cycle the 3 miles to collect my son from school in less than 12 mins when I was SERIOUSLY late today (and that included having to wait for a pedestrian crossing, and having to carry my bike across a railway bridge). I was seriously knackered and red faced, but only a couple of minutes late!

    I was at the beach and my kid's beach ball was getting blown away. I chased it down and caught it without losing my breath.
    Then some kids decided it would be funny to knock on doors and run. I caught up with them on foot without getting breaking a sweat.
