Short 5 feet ladies... what is your goal weight?

I'm 5 feet flat (but sometimes I like to say I'm 5'1 lol). My target weight is around 100lbs to 110lbs and this is based on a fitness assessment I had in our company fitness center. Currently, I weigh 135lbs, down 7lbs since July 23rd. I still have a long way to go and I need to build more muscle coz right now I'm just too jiggly. :P0

5'3, if I can get between 140 and 150 would be awesome. Anything 140 below, is just pure awesome.
this is me! at 5' i want 123, but if it goes lower I will take it0 -
I'm 5ft 1 & fluctuate between 105-114 lbs generally, when not dieting & just living a healthy lifestyle.
No goal weight...just no heavier than that so when I'm on the higher end ill watch what I'm eating.0 -
I am 4' 11", which means a "healthy" weight for me means not weighing over 120lbs. I am starting at 210lbs, currently 192lbs. My goal weight is 130lbs, which is still technically overweight according to the BMI chart, but its still a 70lb weight loss.
Its been slow progress.0 -
I am 5' 2" my doctor would like me to be 120 lbs....ha ha...I was comfortable at 150 lbs. I want to be at a weight I can maintain!!!0

5'3". I thought my goal would be 115 lbs... but now I'm thinking that it may be more like 110 lbs. I've dropped from 133 to 117 ish and I've got the whole skinny-fat thing going. Since I'm somewhat lazy and work out inconsistently, I'll allow my dieting to drop me a bit further. If I get active and muscular, I don't mind gaining some of the weight back.0

Slow is good. That means you're making it a lifestyle change, not just a fad/crash diet.
Be sure to drink plenty of water to help your skin "bounce back".
Incorporate weight training --> more muscles burns more calories.
When you reach your goal, you don't want to be skinny-fat, you want to rock an awesome body!
You can do it!0 -
5' 1" and my goal weight is 127 now, but ultimately I would love to be in the low 120's if I can maintain it. I have 27 lbs to go.0

I'm 5'1" and I'm aiming for 130, but we'll see from there. Maybe a pound or two more or less. My goal is a shirt I really want to wear.0

I'm 4'11 and would like to get down to about 117.
I have a small frame and have been here before.
My SW was 167. CW is 159. Taking it slowly so it will stick this time!0 -

I'm 5'1 and my goal weight is 130. BMI chart says i think like 100-132 for 5'1 women. im big boned too and i've never been a stick as far as weight so 130 seems doable and healthy.

Im 5'2 and when I first started on this journey I weighed 250 and my goal was just to lose 100 lbs which would put me at 150 and not healthy my BMI standards. 9 months later I have lost 65 lbs and now I feel like I can make it to 135 which is bare minimum but its really how you feel!0

I'm 5'1. I was 110 before pregnancy, gained 40lbs, now I'm at 122lbs 9 months post partum. Hoping to get to 105, I have a small frame but bottom heavy so 105 puts me in size 5 jeans.0

I'm 4'11" and 110. My first goal is 100, UGW is 97. Once I get to 100, ill decide if it would make sense to go lower. Want to keep my muscles!0

I'm 5'3", and will be happy at 135, though ultimately I'd like to be 125 (depending on how weight training works, I might be more fit at a higher weight). My pre-pregnancy weight was 165, and I'm now down to 155.5, so I'm pretty happy right now, but still have a ways to go.0

Last year at this time I was down to 125 fitting nicely into 4s and even some 2s... (which, let's be honest, when I was that size in HS, they were 8s and 6s, LOL) I was fairly happy at that weight, but still had a good bit of excess fat around my 'trunk', giving me a muffin top - yuk
I'm getting back into lifting after a couple unrelated injuries, so my GW may be higher, but I just want to lose the belly fat0 -
So do I. I am 5'2 and about to achieve my goal 110 lbs. Sonce i feel very good with that. Let us support each other0
