i'm here for the same thing. I started 2 months ago today and have lost 19.9 kg (44 lbs), i was 116.8 (257 lbs) and i'm now 96.9 (213 lbs), i decided to join this web site because i've lost some motivation and so far i've lost a couple of kg since joining. The key is to stay under the goal calories per day and exercise at least 30 mins, i just walk but mostly i've lost the weight due to healthy eating and small portions. im surprised with myself i only just turned 18 and i knew i needed to change my life because my weight has stopped me from truly enjoying myself, i've only realised now how much my weight has affected me. i hope this helps but my rule is to eat in sections.
1. eat all protein on your plate first (fills you up and has very little carbs make sure you get lean meat)
2. eat all vegetables on your plate
3. if you're still hungry have 1 piece of bread
4. after this if you're still hungry... DON'T !!!

Hi I am crazy Karen,need motivation to lose weight,desperate to lose but how ever hard I try to no avail.Fed up with being told it is my age and the change!!! Does that mean I sit and get bigger and bigger.Am very energetic, go to gym,eat healthily{with the odd treat of 2/3 glasses of red wine.Any suggestions out there?0
