Weight Loss Help

I'm about 5'3" and I currently weigh 123. I used to be about 114-115, but I recently got back from a vacation and kind of lost track of what I put in my mouth. I'm a ballerina, so I have quite some muscle and I know that muscle weighs a lot more than fat. I know that I am thin for an average person, but I would like to be thinner because of my ballet. Sometimes you get self-conscious when being lifted by male ballet dancers....anyhow, I have always wanted to be at least around 110, or less. The lowest I have gotten was 113, and never less...it was always hard to get past that number. It just seems that my body is really comfortable at the weight it's at, it's hard to lose any.
Now, I have quite a bit of sweet tooth...it has always been my weakness. I hope by cutting out all sugar (except for like natural sugars that are in fruit) and some carbohydrates (like white rice, bread..etc.) and stick to carbs like brown rice, and go gluten free, that that will help with my weight loss. I will try to reduce my calorie intake as much as possible also....hoping that will contribute. I also heard that not eating after 7:00pm helps too.
I am not worried about my exercise since I am already highly active with my dancing. I have been off of dance for awhile, so I think that contributed to my weight gain....I start up dancing next Monday, 9/9, and I usually dance about 3-4 hours Monday-Friday, and on Saturdays (for about 7-8 hours, if we are rehearsing). I also do Pilates, which has helped change my body shape, making me look thinner than what the scale says. I also try to walk as I much as I can.
Do you think it is possible for me to lose about 10-11 pounds by the end of this month, beginning of October in a safe way? I swear I am not going anorexic, it's just that with all my exercises and burning more calories than what I put in my mouth, I know you can lose a lot of weight.
Thank you so much and I hope for some helpful responses!

The basic answer to can you lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks healthily is no. They say 2lb/week is the maximum healthy amount you can lose unless you're really overweight, and the closer you get to your goal the slower it's going to be. 1lb/week is probably the best thing to aim for, I'm afraid.
You'll probably receive some mixed opinions about cutting out certain foods. I tried and it didn't really make much difference, but some people swear by it. You'll just have to see what works for you and what makes you happy. My advice would be to try losing weight without doing that first, and if it really doesn't work then try it.
I would also say to be careful with the mentality of ' I will try to reduce my calorie intake as much as possible', depending on what exactly you meant by that. Don't eat so low it's unhealthy, certainly don't regularly drop below 1200 calories. You'll probably need more than that since you're quite active. Either stick with whatever MFP has recommended or try the TDEE-20% method, but whatever calorie amount you decide on make sure you reach it each day. If you're saying you'll reduce it as much as possible within a healthy range then that's fine, I just want to make sure you're not trying to eat as little as possible each day.
Good luck with everything, I'm sure you'll achieve your goals, even if it's not by the end of this month!0 -

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it! I plan on reducing my calorie intake in healthy way! I hope maybe to lose about five pounds by the end of this month...the most I've lost a week was about three pounds...I think a lot of the weight I need to lose is water weight...I also purchased a nutri-bullet and I plan on making drinks from that with milled flax seed hoping that will make my weight loss easier....thank you so much for all your help!0
