Scrolling thru everyone's pics and Foo Fighter's "Hero" comes on.. How fitting! You all look great, congrats!!

I wanted to put these together. First one I'm wearing the same glasses, 2nd one is the same little boy who's now nearly 10 year's old. He was 2 in the first photo.

I posted mine in a thread earlier but adding it to this one too!

how do i post pics?

1. Upload your pic to the Internet, use a site like Photobucket or Picasa or your own website.

2. Once uploaded to the Internet, get the photo's website address. Photo bucket and such will show you the addy but you can always just right-click on the photo and select 'view image' Once you do that go to the browser's address bar (this is the part where you type myfitnesspal.com, for example) and you will see the photo's address. It should end in .jpg or .gif or .png

3. Select on the photo's address and copy it. Then, in your post, paste it between the image tags [ img ] [ /img]
Without the spaces.

4. It will look like this:
[ img ] http://yourimageadress.jpg [ /img]

Without the spaces! I have to include spaces to show for example, or it will come up as a broken image. Hope this helps!

okay my first time posting pics but...here goes...hope it works...my before...I don't even know what I weighed here...but it was over 300, had to be...I cried for days...this was my ID pic...one of my goals is to have a GREAT ID pic someday lol never have...bombed em all...
