Hello everyone!! I'm trying to get back on track after losing my mom a month ago. It's been a struggle dealing with all the emotions. I've eaten them and then on ther days tried to burn them off in the gym. I'm almost to my goal weight, and would really appreciate some support and motivation to get this last 10 pounds off. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Hope to hear from you soon.

I'm so sorry!
But never fear; all of use are here to help, support, and motivate you along the way - the human spirit is very powerful! You just have to remember, even through the tough times, to just keep going! You are nearly there!0 -
You are strong, beautiful and empowered. I am so sorry for you loss It's difficult to cope with things like that so I understand that you turn to food, but maybe instead let your frustration and emotion be the motivation you need to go kill it in the gym. The gym helps me with my emotions, to release them in a healthy way.0

Hey there, I'm so sorry to hear about your loved ones. Nothing's harder that's for sure but time really heals everything. Give yourself time to grief it's healthy and it's healthy to let people know too. That said congrats on almost making your goals despite everything, that took some true courage and most people bail with half as much going on in their lives. When I'm struggling with my own brain (manly way of saying feelings) I use them to fuel my motivation. It really works I'm not even slightly kidding. I just recently broke up with the only girl I've ever fell for. I was depressed as hell at first but I turned my sadness into anger (healthy temporary anger) and used that to push my workouts that much further. I used the newly acquired free time to kick *kitten* and tell my self "I keep this up I'll have no problems meeting more even cooler women" I know that sounds shallow and maybe even crazy and I know we're talking about totally different scenarios but feelings are feelings....
Of course keep talking to supportive people too and especially your "real" friends too keep em close and fill em in and you'll get past this and be even stronger than you could have imagined right now. Feel free to add me aswell.
Good luck to ya and hat's off to your success :flowerforyou:0
