we have all made it and its the weekend. do you rest on the weekend and let your body recover and how many days to you allow your body to rest and recover??????

When the weather allows, I am out and about during the weekend, burning calories in nature. Gym I keep for during the week and bad weather weekends. Rest days, I take them according to my schedule which is hectic and cannot be planned neatly in advance. Happy weekend!
edit to add: I work out 3-5 days a week, the rest I count as rest days though they are not necessarily equal in terms of physical activity.0 -
No rest here today, heading out in a few on a 8 mile Run/Hike at the Metro Park system. Gorgeous mid 50 degree morning, Sun shining, going to be a Great start to the day..... I don't have set rests day's but do normally take one day off a week. I listen to my body, it normally tells me when it is time to shut it down for a day... but there are some weeks I don't take days off too.. It all comes down to how I feel.... Best of Luck0
