id love some pointers i would have to do this at home though. what would i have to buy, obviously weights, but which and what and how?

The best at-home workouts I've found are using your own body weight!! I took a crossfit class and loved it because I knew it was things I could do at home without purchasing a lot of workout equipment. Look into crossfit exercises, workout videos (insanity, 30 day shred-although that does require dumbbells, and bob harper videos) If nothing else, youtube has all kinds of this kind of stuff. Don't think without equipment, they aren't tough enough..it's the toughest kind of workout I've ever done, but it definitely works and makes you feel accomplished!0

a set of adjustable dumbbells
a barbell
a squat stand (for bench presses and of course squats)
plates of various weight
I have 4- 10pound weights
4- 5 pound weights
2- 25 pound weights
2- 35 pound weights
and 4- 2.5 pound weights
That should be good for a long while0 -
