mega men maximum meal question

I just bought a can of vanilla- mostly because I'm tired of individual (chocolate) lean muscle meal type things.... My question is, can I add those flavorings,,i don't know what they're called but they're like individual kool-aid things.... say like orange flavor... and get something close to a creamsicle? that wouldn't add calories... or mixing with v8fusion light would only add 50... thanks

oh and I found quest bars too. really tasty!

    well in lieu of responses i searched on my own.. i discovered MIO, that my grocery store said they had but really didn't then found crystal light individual packets (orange), kool aid drops (passion fruit) and something else...the orange tasted OK, I think I can live with this... hopefully it will kill my appetite all day... oddly, the quest bars varied drastically in calories... one was 60, one was 200. weird.. i shoulda read ahead...

    and after 3 hours, i'm thinking, despite the ok taste, the fiber content of this stuff will limit my use of it..
