Hola!
I know I need to lose more weight, and I am trying so hard but I'm finding it so hard at the moment
What I am looking for is general advice about whats the best way to lose my belly. I can disguise other areas that need looking after but I am starting to feel down about my belly and just looking for some guidance to help me in my goal to get rid of it.

Keep losing weight. Your belly will become slimmer when you get closer to your goal. You cannot "spot reduce" in a preferred location on your body.0

Thanks for all your responses, I guess I just need to keep at it. I have lost my way a wee bit so need to find my motivation again (but thats a different thread for another day lol) xxxx0

I have a few pairs of thoses, but when you contemplate wearing two pairs just to suck you in you know that you need to do something more :indifferent:0
