This is my favorite recipe of all time considering that i'm an Asian food fanatic and this reminds of the chicken satay. Hope you guys enjoy
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast -Fresh Uncooked 4 oz
Garlic and ginger paste 0.5 tsp
Garlic, Clove 1
Thai 7 Spice - Seasoning 0.5 tsp
Onion Red - Fresh, 0.5 red onion
Peanut Butter- 1 tbsp
Skimmed Milk 100ML
Low Sodium soy sauce
Ginger- 0.5 tsp- 1tsp ( I really love ginger so i went with 1 tsp)
Steps:
1-Cut your chicken Breast into small pieces and mix it with the garlic and ginger paste and the thai 7 spice seasoning, cook it on a pan with the red onion.
2-Whilst the chicken is cooking, put the peanut butter, skimmed milk, soy sauce, garlic and ginger into a blender/food processed until fully blended (peanut butter can be warmed in a microwave so you can weigh it first then easily transfer it to the blender.)
3-Add the sauce to the pan, bring it to a boil, remove it from heat once desired consistency is desired.
Serve with steamed brown rice, noodles, or whatever you want honestly
