Okay to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Twice a day? I feel like I would benefit and be okay doing it once in the morning and once at night (: I'm nursing and eat about 1880 calories just with trying to lose weight and adding nursing calories and I usually eat 3/4 of my calories back and I'm losing weight. I'm cheap and don't have money for additional DVDs lol. Thanks in advance (:

I'd only do it once a day but choose another form of exercise other than 30DS if you wanted to "add" to it. You can find some videos you could do online (youtube and other websites) or go for a walk.0
