Wasn't sure whether to buy these or not but they fit! Used to be 44" and couldn't find anywhere to buy jeans.

  I know the feeling I was a 38-36" jeans - tried on my sons 32" - on without a problem even some room to spare!
  
  Great NSV for you though from 44" !
