So I ran a mile. Me the girl in high school who took longer to run it than walk because I had to stop so much. In only 15 minutes. I could not feel better About myself.

Great job! I remember the first time I ran a mile. I finished and had to find my trainer to tell her. I was so excited. Its great feeling.0
