This is a topic that I too brought up. Unless I'm missing something, there is NO place where you can actually enter instructions. I really don't understand (MFP) the point of making recipes "available" for other mfp'ers if they can't "make" the recipe, but I guess that's just me!! LOL!! ;)

You can enter instructions you have to tick the box then it provides space for instructions.

I didn't think there was either but I guess I was wrong.

Mouseanonymous do you have to add the recipe to the database in order to add the instructions?

When you go to ente a new recipe select that you want to share the recipe with MFP users. Then a whole section pops up for you to enter type of cuisine, meal, ingredients as well as instructions.

It took me a while to find it the first time I tried it too. What I haven't found is where the recipe database is! I'd like to see some.

I hope you've been able to figure out how to enter recipes. It is time consuming and requires duplication of your efforts, but once it is in, it makes life a heck of a lot easier. The unfortunate thing is that MFP is "creating a database" and that database is not yet available to share. If you want to see someone else's recipe, click on it once they have entered as a recipe and used it in their diary. Other than that, there is no way to easily share at this time. I hope MFP is working on this.
