Hi guys,
just joined MFP a few days ago and am just after discovering this forum.
So as the title says, I am 5'7, 183lbs (well, 182 now) and am a 21 y/o female from Ireland.
I have lots lots of weight in the past, albeit not very healthily, and it is back.
I'm off work for a week so have been running every day, but typically I am aiming to run 3-4km x4 per week.
Am eating 1200kcals and am not eating exercise calories back, I am "saving them" if you like.
so overall I am net calories of 900kcals. I am not feeling too hungry and am feeling great from exercise.
mainly the reason I am writing this is to look for friends and support on MFP.

Hi I'm starting this week around the same weight as you. From the UK will be eating 1200 kcals a day also. You fancy budding up for support?0
