Hey all! My name is Jenny and I just started this 8 days ago. started at 185 pounds and lost a few this week so delighted!!! I am 38 in a few days and the thought of being fat and 40 filled me with dread. I live in Abu Dhabi and all my friends here are slim gym bunnies....my confidence was taking a nose dive and the weight kept piling on. I really am determined this time round!!!

    Hi Jenny! I've been here almost a month and it's slow going for me. Some good days, and a few bad ones, so it's going to take awhile. sigh. Seeing your post and others will help! So keep at it!
