Ive been doing this all year, Im active, I keep an open diary I post, and i have very little encouragement on my page, I dont have much at home either. So I need to turn to the online world... If your active and want to share advice you look at logs and can say try this or that please add me!

    its the same here thats why i love this site because i can get it here you guys keep me motivated u are doing an amazing job. when i dnt feel like working out and i see your updates it instantly get me going.
