Curious?.........How does everyone rate their "activity level" in the goals section? I am a busy mom of 3 who is rarely sitting, except for now obviously..hehehe
I'm either cooking, cleaning, laundry, running after them, shopping, organizing, taking them to school, park, etc etc.
We have a split level house, so I am up and down the stairs constantly.

Anyway,just curious. Thanks;)

If you type in "cleaning" under cardio, it will give you options to choose from, and based on the information you gave them it will tell you what you've burned :-)

I put myself as sedentary but that's because I have a desk job and I'm just plain lazy once I get home.

I do try to eat every last calorie I earn from exercise back tho.

22Gibson, you sound like you should put yourself as Active...or Lightly Active at the very least and eat your exercise calories back.

I put sedentary when I started but need to change it since I'm moving more. You should be classified as active.

I put sedentry, although realistically I probably fall into the lighty active catagory. But as MFP gives me 1430 for the sedenrty setting I didn't want to put active which gave me well over 1500 because that felt like too much to eat while being on a diet. I work part time in a laboratory and have a 2 year old daughter so I'm rarely off mr feet, but I still only average about 1lb a week so I figure this setting is fine for me.
