Mini success - only 34lbs

I thought I'd be one of those who waited until 100lb or something dramatic to post, but then I surprised myself with an old photo and thought, what the hell - let me show off what just 34lb looks like :-) First one is over 300lbs, second is somewhere around 270 :-)

    The difference in pictures is REALLY amazing. Pick up 34 pounds of something and carry it up a flight of stairs...and then say "only" again. Bet you wont! You look great!

    its crazy what a big difference u look smaller then me and i lost 50lbs and i weigh 191!

    Saying "only" undermines the success of this loss- that's an entire toddler. That's 34 lbs you no longer have to carry around. It's not ONLY 34lbs- its 34 lbs of hard work. You should be proud!
