Lean protein powders

Options
I tried finding a current feed with information on this but was unsuccessful. I want to start drinking protein shakes after my workout, but most of the ones I have found have high calorie and carb counts, and are generally intended for people wanting to gain muscle mass. Does anyone know of any lean powders that go well in soy milk?

Most shakes that I've tried upset my stomach if I dissolve them in water. I'm not sure why. But I guess if I try a new one I could give it a shot again, thanks! :)

EAS lean15 is great while losing weight. A little higher in carbs but it tastes like custard when mixed with almond milk

    Nutrition facts:
    Calories: 100
    Fat: 1.5
    Carbohydrate: 11
    Dietary Fiber: 5
    Sugars: 2
    Protein: 15

I buy it at BJ's so its actually really inexpensive in comparison to other powders.
