Sugar Free-Fat Free Jell-O pudding (I like butterscotch)
Follow directions using fat free milk.

I portion out into fourths then add 1 table spoon of fat free cool whip to make a moose type texture.

Calories 85 , sugar 1g!

I like cookies of any kind, apple crisp with ice cream, brownies. Take a look at my diary, I love dessert. No fat free stuff here, that's just a waste.

Talenti Gelato *drools* except for the Lisbon Lemon flavor. That one tasted awful.

    Yes!!!

I also love cottage cheese with Splenda and a grated apple and cinnamon. Definitely works for nixing those cinnamon bun cravings

Tonight I made a banana split...

1/2 cup Breyer's vanilla ice cream
    1 banana
    1 graham cracker
Homemade whipped cream (heavy cream, sugar, vanilla)
    Chocolate syrup (20 g)
    Rainbow sprinkles (4 g)

501 calories per serving, so I had to give up my afternoon snack at work to fit it in... plus, I am at maintenance and pretty active so I have a lot of calories to play with compared to when I was losing weight. When I was losing I would usually have fruit or 1/2 cup of Breyer's ice cream with no toppings.
