Need help with my numbers....

My BMR is 1290
MY TDEE is 1943
My suggested fat loss (-15%) is 1652
I don't always burn the same amount of calories from exercise. I can burn 300-1200 cal/day with exercise so what should my baseline numbers be?
I'm also eating 40/30/30
Should I set my baseline to my BMR and then just add the exercise or should I do the suggested and then add exercise?
So confused!

    If you're using TDEE it should include your exercise already so you'd just eat the 1652. You could log exercise, just manually change the burn to 1 calorie.
  • Go with the suggested 1652. If you drop weight too fast or feel you're not getting everything you need because of your exercise, you can adjust your intake along the way to something that fits you better.
