Has anyone taken Rasberry Keatone? If so , how much, how many times per day and what were your results? Also, what about the Miracle Noodles that are Shirataki noodles.. Anyone ever tried them and if so, were they good? filling and did you feel like you got a lot of fiber benefits?

Cellucor has a product that I used to take....CLK I think it was....

You need to take it for about 6 weeks to start seeing the benefit.......

But that is one of the ingredients is Rasberry Keatones......

But aside from that, I have never done rasberry keatones.....
  • I took raspberry ketone. I followed the direction on the bottle (2 a day, iirc.). My results were $35 wasted.

I've had shirataki noodles. I really wanted to like them, but I've never been able to tolerate them. They come floating in water, and they have a very fishy smell. No matter how much rinsing, boiling, drying, rinsing, blotting, whatever I did, I couldn't really get that fish smell gone. That killed it for me. If you like fish, that may not be a problem for you. I tried the frozen premade meals to see if I would like those, and those were inedible to me. They were expensive, so I tried to finish them, but even of the two flavors I tried I couldn't get more than a few bites in.

Raspberry ketones are a crock, and a waste of money.

Shiritaki noodles are ok with a very flavourful sauce on a day where you cant afford the calories but want noodles. Rinse them really well, and don't try and have them with a light sauce, they need something they can absorb the flavour from. The texture is a bit funny. I don't use them often, and I like them better than most people. Many cant handle the texture. They have no health benefits aside from low cal. I far prefer the real thing :)

I like shirataki noodles with thai peanut sauce (preferably thick satay sauce), it tastes just like pad thai/chinese cold sesame noodles but very low calorie and high in protein. Somehow this combination works amazingly well and you can add all kinds of vegetables too. When I've tried to use the shirataki with tomato sauce, in soups etc. it always turns out gross!
