    Well said. And I'd like to add...even if you do not achieve your goals by the desired date DON'T give up! If all goals were set at an easy target then you wouldn't ever have to work hard to get there. Set your goals a little out of reach sometimes, push yourself, and discover what YOU really can do if you just put your mind AND body to it!

    My goal for October is to lose 10 lbs and be consistent with my workouts!!
