about the pancakes

Hey! I accidentaly digged up an old recipe for kinda healthy pancakes, however, the making of them required flour which is (at least mine) biggest enemy
So here is what I have coem up with after some experimentation.
1 egg, 1 egg white
2 bananas
greek yoghurt - blend it all together in a blender
add scoop of vanilla protein powder and mix with hand or hand mixer untill you have normal looking pancake mass
cook it, and eat it with some strawberries. I love it.
If you like something much sweeeter, then I suggest adding some dates before mixing it up in the blender.
