New found aphorism appropriate to some MFP discussions

First article I opened to index this morning had this:

"Certainly, hoaxes can be highly elaborated, as gravity is the essence of diddling." -- Susan Amper (Poe Studies 36 (2003), p.2)

Somehow this spoke to me.
