there... in that red area. :grumble: hurts!
Doing SL ... I did warm up! also looking for a Physical Therapist, but I would like to hear your advice. Thanks! :flowerforyou:

You've got all kinds of little muscles that stablize you and work alongside your larger muscles to help you though the lift. They get sore too. Make sure you are using good form, there's a guy on YouTube called "Jonny Candito" who has EXCELLENT form, and good videos to help.
Otherwise, this warmup routine worked like magic for me. It's DeFranco's Agile 8, and it pretty much cured my soreness. I do it everytime I do lower body now, and it only takes about 10 minutes.
