Week 4 Weigh In

Its friday again so the scales are out another 1kg loss, im pleased cause Im playing the biggest loser on Wii and have just avoided elimination ha ha lol so i fight on another week ., but seriously after all your great comments I feel much better losing 1kg thanx everyone. Its my birthday next week so its gonna be tough to lose weight next week but I'll try lets hope I get socks and not chocs ha ha take care everyone.:happy: remember no pain no gain
