Guilt free Cake on my birthday

Today I turned 32 and I thouroughly enjoyed my day! To celebrate I had "cake." Actually it is Watermelon cut to look like cake and covered in lite cool whip with berries for garnish. It felt decadent. I got to put a candle on top and use my awesome rotating musical cake stand. I love watermelon and I did not miss real cake at all. My kids were so excited about the dessert too. I feel empowered to start this new year of my life off on the right foot.

    I was thinking of doing that for my b-day too :) And maybe a smidge bit of chocolate on the side....but there's no reason to have a whole cake in the house with just 2 of us. We were eating my husband's for days when I made him one.
