Hey everybody!
When I started using myfitnesspal, I was 240 lbs.! Now after two years of blood, sweat, and tears(also diet and exercise) I can proudly say that I'm 160 lbs.!!!!
This is me at 240!
This is me at about 220!
This is my first before and after! I think it was something like 220 on the left and 185 on the right!
This is me now, currently at 158.5!
Hers another one of me now!
I still have a ways to go,, but I'm at the weight I want to be at and am extremely happy with my results! If I can do it, then so can you!!!
