Would like some MFP buddies with 20-30 lbs to lose

I'm looking for some MFP support from others who in a similar spot as me. I'm 5' 6" 163 lbs and looking to get down to 145, maybe even 140 depending on how I feel when I get there.

I've been on here for a while now and while it's worked a bit I really need to get my rear in gear! Some online buddies would be great!

    Feel free to add me! I am 5'3" with around 40 lbs to lose, but 20-30 is definitely a start.

    Had a physical the other day and my blood pressure was higher than I would like it. Time to start taking control and getting it back on track. I am going to try working out 4-5 times a week at a local gym, and stick to 1400 calories a day. No more pizza, chinese take-out, soda, and sugar. I have done it before...I can do it again!!!
