Hi everyone! I've already lost 5 pounds, and I'm in shock!!! I know I still have a long way to go, but each step will be so exciting to me! I've had such a hard time getting any weight off, and this program is really working!!! It's truly making me behave myself! Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement! I'm so proud of us all, and I think this website is such a miracle!!! :bigsmile:
